Pay & Bonuses

  • $122.59/hr before differentials
  • Sign-On Bonuses
  • Commit to UKHC for 2 years and receive $20,000
  • Commit to UKHC for 3 years and receive $30,000

What You’ll Do

  • Work on a variety of cases, including trauma.
  • Care for patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
  • Manage general anesthesia and perform procedures such as placing invasive lines.
  • Practice autonomously in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Enhance your skills with opportunities for ongoing education and professional development.
  • Stay sharp and learn new techniques to grow in your career.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on nurse anesthesia.
  • License/Certification: Must hold a current CRNA certification
  • Preferred Experience: At least one year of experience providing general anesthesia in a Level 1 Trauma Center is a plus but not required.
  • Skills & Abilities: We need someone who’s a quick thinker, detail-oriented, and able to deliver top-notch care. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are a must!
