Helpdesk Technician
Provides technical and analytical support for all county employees with their use of any supported information technology to complete their assigned projects and/or duties. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems; responds to calls and provides solutions, information and/or technical assistance; prepares, monitors, operates and supports all County computer systems and software; installs, moves, maintains system hardware; technology inventory management; and assigns Work Orders to next tier support when needed.
