In this role you will, participate in developing plans for the acquisition, management and disposal of real property interests.

Provide real property management support services by conducting research and coordinating with other more senior Realty Specialists.

Review, analyze and make recommendations and justifications regarding requests for leases, licenses, permits, easements, out-grants, disposal and changing utilization of property.

Prepare standard rights of entry, out-grants, permits, easements, licenses, and leases to other government agencies, private corporations and individuals.

Prepare reports by inputting data into appropriate authoritative information systems.
