Marketing and Communications Graduate Assistant
Main Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials (e.g., flyers, digital displays, table tents)
- Create and post content social media
- Design the monthly Pathways to Social Change newsletters
- Analyze social media and newsletter analytics to increase digital engagement
- Support the design of externally facing reports (e.g., Voter Friendly Campus Report)
- Document Office for Social Impact programs
- Help update the Office for Social Impact website
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain and update events on Involved@TU and TU Events calendar
- Manage Office for Social Impact tabling
- Promote Office for Social Impact at tabling events
- Attend staff meetings, retreats, trainings, collaboration meetings, and signature events
- Assist with general office tasks
- Become TU van certified and drive TU vans when needed
- All other duties as assigned
This is a 20-hour/week position that includes tuition remission (up to 12 credits per semester) and a bi-weekly stipend. Graduate Assistant stipends are disbursed every other week, on Wednesday, starting the first week of September, ending the last week of May, each academic year.
