Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our consulting firm's daily operations. This role includes general administrative tasks, basic contract review, recruitment coordination, and assisting with proposal writing when needed.
Responsibilities
•   Provide day‑to‑day administrative support and office coordination
•      Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and prescreening candidates
•   Support proposal writing, formatting, and filling out required forms
•   Review contracts and legal documents.

Qualifications
•   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Legal Studies preferred
•   Previous administrative or office support experience is an advantage
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
•   Good written and verbal communication skills
•   Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
•   Proficiency with MS Office and general digital tool
