About Us:
Sparkle Squad is a fast-growing, customer-focused home services business specializing in window cleaning, holiday lighting, and other specialty services. As a new business, we’re building something from the ground up, and we’re looking for a true partner to help us grow, run, and shape the business.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Business Operator to be the face of Sparkle Squad. This person will act as our partner—responsible for sales, operations, financial management, and service delivery. You will learn every aspect of running the business while driving growth, managing projects, and ensuring excellent customer experiences—all without taking on the financial risk of ownership.

This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, making it a great fit for someone who is finishing college while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Relationships: Lead sales efforts for window cleaning, holiday lighting, and specialty services. Collaborate with the call center on large quotes and manage client communications.
• Operations & Service Delivery: Jump in on service projects as needed, helping technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring work quality meets company standards.
• Financial & Business Management: Learn and participate in all aspects of business financials, including budgeting, P&L tracking, and forecasting.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and support teams. Build a strong culture and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, new services, or process improvements, helping Sparkle Squad scale strategically.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in sales, operations, or service industries (home services experience is a plus)
